What if Mean Isn't Your Color, an episode of season 1 had an alternative ending, the script goes like this,
[it starts with back at the Littlest Pet Shop]
[it shifts to the day camp where Penny Ling's fat butt is seen sitting on the floor, then Vinnie comes to the scene and said to the other pets]
Vinnie: And the mirrorball trophy will be mine!
[then Vinnie zips off-screen with a turkey sound effect]
[then it cuts to Penny Ling looking angry]
[then Zoe far-away comes and said]
Zoe: We're all going to look divine!
[then Penny responded back]
Penny Ling: Yeah, divine!
[then Zoe frowns and turns away]
[then Sunil comes to her and said]
Sunil: Is it bad to look too good?
[then it shifts a closer view of Penny Ling's face as she is about to snap, and her eyebrows and eye lids made an angry expression, and she growled]
Penny Ling: Grrrrrrrahrrrr!
[then Penny Ling angrily replied back to Sunil, as it cuts to the other pets looking nervous and scared]
Penny Ling: Why are you asking me?! It's not like I have to worry about looking too good, or kind of good, or even okay!
[then Penny Ling roars]
[then she angrily walks away from the pets, then she stepped on Vinnie's tail and then Vinnie said while she angrily walks right and left the screen]
Vinnie: [Yelps] Try not to damage the lizard! And "I'm sorry" would be nice! She always says sorry, wha-?
[Then it cuts to Penny Ling kicking the basket of color balls as she roars]
Penny Ling: RAAAAAAR!
[then it cuts to Penny Ling going behind the chair]
[then it jumps to Minka and the other pets]
Minka: It's okay, Penny, it happens! Why, just the other day, I swung right into jars of baby bunny food and they went everywhere. And when I saw what I did, I cleaned up the mashed peas and pureed carrots and- Well, actually I smooshed it into a gooey little sculpture first, but the point is, I did eventually clean it up. Because it's the polite thing to do!
[then Penny Ling roars as the chair jumps and shakes side to side with roaring lines coming from her]
[then it cuts to Russell and said]
Russell: Something is seriously wrong with that panda.
[then it shifts to Sunil and Pepper and then Pepper said]
Pepper: Yeah, we should find out what it is.
[then Pepper tries to find out what Penny is wrong about her by sneakily going to her behind the chair]
[then Pepper comes out of behind the chair and said]
Pepper: Except, maybe not right now!
[then Penny Ling roars as she rips the chair in half, and then zooms in to Penny's angry face with the same purple with circles background taken from "Blythe's Big Adventure" Part One]
[then she storms the day camp and cornered the other pets, and they zipped off-screen]
Penny Ling: [Breathing hard]
[then it cuts to Penny Ling breathing hard and angrily]
[then it cuts to Mrs. Twombly and said]
Mrs. Twombly: Hmm. I wonder how Penny Ling is doing well in the day camp.
[then Mrs. Twombly opened the door to the Day Camp Area, but suddenly, Penny Ling turned, and she roared angrily again]
[Then Mrs. Twombly said in horror]
Mrs. Twombly: Oh my gosh! she's gone mad! better call the animal control.
[Then Mrs. Twombly exits the Day Camp Area and locks the door on Penny Ling, while she breaths, snarls and growls]
[then Mrs. Twombly goes to the phone and dials the number for the Downtown City Zoo's animal control]
[then phone dials as she waits for 3 seconds, somebody has pick up the call, it was Downtown City Zoo's animal patrol and Mr. Pettus, Penny Ling's owner]
Mrs. Twombly: Hello?! Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control and Mr. Pettus?! Penny Ling is gone mad in the Day Camp Area! I needed to tranquilize that panda and take her for Solitary confinement in the Downtown City Zoo for like 4 weeks.
Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control: Panda bear gone crazy? Don't Worry Ma'm! I'm on my way!
[then the van was on its way to the Littlest Pet Shop. it was revealed to be the Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control van.]
[then it shifts to the Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control driver talking to Mr. Pettus, Penny Ling's owner]
Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control: so, we're our way to tranquilize that panda in the day camp, right?
[then Mr. Pettus (voiced by Peter New) said]
Mr. Pettus: Yes! we're going to tranquilize her! we are!
Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control: Good zookeeper! you made yourself a deal.
[then it cuts to the van arrives at the Littlest Pet Shop]
[then it shifts to Mr. Pettus and the Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control man talking to Mrs. Twombly]
Mr. Pettus: Hello Mrs. Twombly. we are already here. is there a problem with my Penny Ling?
Mrs. Twombly: Yes! there is a problem with that panda bear. she has gone mad in the day camp. she was hating the outfit that Blythe accidentally designed for her, because she refused to wear in a man's suit. please tranquilize her, will you?
[then Mr. Pettus whispery talks to the Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control and then said]
Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control: Yes! we'll take care of her and put her into Solitary confinement in the panda jail at Downtown City Zoo for like 4 weeks.
[then it shifts to Mr. Pettus and the Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control unlocks the door to the Day Camp Area and opens it]
[when they both got inside the day camp, they saw the other main pets scared]
[but suddenly, the lights and the daylight disappeared and turned into nighttime]
[they were both frightened. they both looked around until they heard a roaring sound, as Penny Ling's dark body and head zips passes by them]
[they looked to turned and see that if Penny Ling is here in the day camp]
[they were right, Penny Ling was there, as the lights and the daytime comes back and back to normal]
[they tried to tranquilize her with tranquilizer darts, one by one, tranquilizer darts misses every shot as Penny Ling roared, snarled and growled]
[then Penny Ling is about to charge at both of them]
[Mr. Pettus shotted the tranquilizer gun and the slow-motion animated shot of the tranquilizer dart towards Penny Ling was shown for 4 seconds, then it shifts to a slow-motion animated shot of Penny Ling charging towards Mr. Pettus and the Downtown City's Zoo Animal Control as she roars]
[but then, the tranquilizer dart hits Penny Ling's white belly, then she growls, and moan snarled as she felled down to the floor]
[then Mr. Pettus said]
Mr. Pettus: Yes! Penny Ling is gone 10 minutes.
Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control: Good! please take her to Solitary confinement in the panda jail at Downtown City Zoo for 4 weeks.
Mr. Pettus: Got it.
[then they both put her in a cage, then leaves the day camp as the other pets come out of hiding and they were looking to see where they're taking Penny Ling to]
Pepper: I wonder where Penny Ling is taking to.
[then Sunil responded to Pepper]
Sunil: Oh no! please do not tell her she is going to have Solitary confinement in the panda jail at Downtown City Zoo for like 4 weeks.
[then it shifts to Minka and said]
Minka: I was right! Mrs. Twombly called the Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control and Mr. Pettus to tranquilize her, and now they're taking her to Solitary confinement in the panda jail at the Downtown City Zoo for 4 weeks.
[then Vinnie said]
Vinnie: Oh no! that is going to cost her some time for Penny at Downtown City Zoo. she really hated that man's suit that Blythe designed for her.
[then the other main pets watched Penny Ling in the cage being putted in the back of the van and Mr. Pettus and the Downtown City Zoo's Animal Control, then they closed the back of the van, and they go back in the van and they slowly drive away from the Littlest Pet Shop and towards the Downtown City Zoo]
[then it shifts to Russell and said]
Russell: Are you sure Penny Ling is going to be okay?
[then Zoe said]
Zoe: I am sure she is going to be alright.
[then Blythe enters the Day Camp and said]
Blythe: What is going on in here?
Pepper: Mr. Pettus tranquilized Penny Ling and they are taking her to Solitary confinement in the panda jail at the Downtown City Zoo for 4 weeks.
Blythe: Oh no! this is a disaster! we are going to miss Penny Ling. because she didn't like the outfit that I designed for her. I'll miss you Penny Ling.
[then the screen cuts to black as the text in Brady Bunch Remastered reads "10 Minutes later"]
[then it shifts to Penny Ling in the cage in the back of the van of Downtown City's Zoo's Animal Control and she slowly opens her eyes after from her knockout tranquilize and said]
Penny Ling: Oh no! what have I done? they made me want to take me to Solitary confinement in the panda jail at the Downtown City Zoo for 4 weeks. I'll miss you Blythe and you my friends.
[after that, the van finally arrived at Downtown City Zoo, then Mr., Pettus and the Downtown City's Zoo's Animal Control opened the back of the van and takes her out of the cage, closes the back of the van again and started to take her into Solitary confinement in the Downtown City Zoo]
Penny Ling (thinking): Oh my, this is it! my choice is mine, they are taking me inside of Downtown City Zoo and taking me to Solitary confinement. that is my only decision I have.
[then it cut to "When Penny Ling got to the panda jail" text card]
[then it shifts to Penny Ling in Solitary confinement in the panda jail and she said]
Penny Ling: I'll miss you, Blythe.
[then the screen turns to black and the original end credits are shown]
[the theme song from the LPS show is now changed to the last part of the score cue "Goodbye", by Randy Newman from Cars]
[as this cue is about to end, this same copyright notice "(c) 2012 Hasbro Studios" appears at the end]
[then it shifts to the still "DHX Media" logo for 4 seconds]
[then it shifts to the still version of the Hasbro Studios logo as the Goodbye cue ended, then it fades to black]
I once played around with the idea of Littlest Pet Shop doing an episode of Roger volunteering to to watch over the pets which may or may not be a disaster for the pets considering he obviously doesn't have the ability to talk to animals like Bylthe.
It would be like a more decent and wholesome
version of that one Modern Spongebob episode "Pet Sitter Pat."
(And to show them how a REAL pet sitting themed episode should be like!)
I wish DHX Media, Hasbro Studios and Discovery Family would greenlight a season 5 with the franchise's toy line making enough profit by a pivotal decision in August 2016, here is the timeline,
development and pre-production for Season 5 commenced in late 2016, with actual production beginning in mid-2017. Caleb Chan joined Daniel Ingram as a composer for the new season, which introduced new storylines while retaining the series' charm. During the production of Season 5, Amy He, who was the character designer for Season 4, returned as the character designer for Season 5 onwards. She was joined by previous character designers from MLP: FIM—Nicole Gauss, Mike Gilbert, and Rebecca Dart—as new character designers for the LPS 2012 show from Season 5 onwards. Kora Kosicka, the original character designer from the first four seasons, returned as the main character designer and also served as the art director for Season 5 onwards. Following the departure of the original writers after Season 4, Julie McNally-Cahill and Tim Cahill took on a more prominent role in shaping the series’ narrative direction and writing the scripts for each episode by themselves from Season 5 onwards. Despite production challenges, including the unique outfits for Blythe per episode, showrunner Tim Cahill, who also took on Mike Myhre's role as director from Season 5 onwards along with Steven Garcia, and the team maintained high production standards. The original animation style of the LPS 2012 show and the music remained the same. The original animation style remained unchanged, preserving the vibrant and quirky aesthetic that fans had come to love. Supervising director Jayson Thiessen, known for his work on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, took over alongside Joel Dickle, guiding the show into its next chapter. Season 5 onwards, humans—including Youngmee Song and the pets' owners such as Mr. Pettus (Penny Ling’s owner), Mrs. Owens (Russell’s owner), John and Clarissa (Zoe’s owners)—and unknown owners of Sunil, Vinnie and Minka can now understand the pets and animals speaking in their English language, just like Blythe. This allowed for deeper interactions and expanded the narrative possibilities. Penny Ling's cousins, Ling Pen, Jun Ling, and Ling Jun, as well as Panda Elder and Penny's cousins' panda babies, moved from Shanghai, China, to the day camp in the Littlest Pet Shop. Notably, Jun Ling and Ling Jun speak with American accents, sounding like Filburt from Rocko's Modern Life, with Laura Hastings imitating Mr. Lawrence's Filburt voice for both characters to fit their personalities. Ling Pen also speaks with an American accent. Introduced at the end of Season 4, Furplex Cinema allows the seven main pets—Penny Ling, Russell Ferguson, Sunil Nevla, Vinnie Terrio, Pepper Clark, Minka Mark, and Zoe Trent—to showcase their own films. Viral pet videos are no longer a focus, with the pets instead creating full-length films.
Felina Meow, who was once a viral star, has transitioned into a filmmaker and voice actress, playing a larger role in the series. A major new addition in Season 5 is the creation of Littlest Pet Shop Animation Studios, an animation studio run by pets where they produce animated films and TV shows. Minka Mark leads the studio, providing a creative space for selected pets to work on their own animated projects.
The studio contains the following key departments:
Scriptwriting Room: Pets develop their scripts and dialogue for the animated movies and TV shows.
Storyboarding Room: Here, pets work on the storyboards, visualizing each scene before the animation process begins.
Animatic Editing System (Animatic Editing Room): This system allows pets to create rough versions of their movies and TV shows with timing and audio to plan out the animations.
Art Department: Pets in this department work on various artistic aspects of the films, including: Character Design Prop Design Layout Design Color Styling Visual Development All tasks are done on digital computers, allowing pets to design their characters and settings for the films and TV shows.
Animation Department Room: This department handles: Key Animating Layout Art Character Rotations Background Design and Painting Pets use digital tools to complete their animations, from keyframes to fully rendered scenes.
Expanded Roles for Guest Pets and Recurring Characters
From Season 5 onwards, several guest pets and characters received more screen time, including some fan-favorite one-time pets from the first four seasons. These pets, along with newly introduced characters, played larger roles in the ongoing storylines:
Esteban Banderas (a scarlet macaw from "Blythe's Crush"),
Madame Pom (a Pomeranian),
Scott Kerry (a Siamese cat from "Books and Covers"),
Wiggles McSunbask (an American alligator from "Alligators and Handbags"),
Ivan (a circus bear from "Ivan the Terrific"),
Sunshine Sweetness (a gorilla from "What's So Scary About the Jungle? Everything!"),
Mitzi, Sugar Sprinkles, Buttercream Sunday,
Scarletta Redd (a red panda),
Lemasque, Fuzzy Gumbopaws, Basil,
Cheep-Cheep (Minka’s cousin), Meow-Meow,
Mr. Von Fuzzlebutt, Olive Shellstein,
Captain Cuddles (Pepper’s love interest),
Cashmere and Velvet (the Biskit Twins’ chinchillas),
Doctor Handsomeface (Zoe’s doctor love interest),
Shahrukh (the mongoose film star, now a filmmaker, director, screenwriter, and producer),
Whiskers and Sideburns (koala twins),
Pete (a rat resident of the city dump),
Old Bananas (Pepper’s TV co-star),
Gail Trent (Zoe's sister),
Weber (a house spider),
Snappy Clawster (a coach lobster from "Pump Up The Panda"),
L-Zard's crew (Vinnie’s dancing crew),
Heldi, Pick Shellville (a turtle guitarist),
Ocho Drummond (an octopus drummer),
Strum Basso (a sand cat guitarist and keyboardist).
Additionally, Ocho Drummond, Pick Shellville, and Strum Basso set up their own music scoring studio called The Ocho Pick/Strum Basso Scoring Stage, located near Littlest Pet Shop Animation Studios, Furplex Cinema, and Pawrista’s Coffee.
Screening Room: Once the films and TV shows are completed, they are previewed in the screening room before being shown at the Furplex Cinema. Her voice actress, Casey Wilson, reprises her role. Felina now creates films for the Furplex Cinema, and her character is given much more screen time in each episode. with Jocelyne Loewen takes over from Laura Hastings as both the speaking and singing voice for Penny Ling, marking her debut in singing.
Nicole Oliver becomes the primary speaking and singing voice for Zoe Trent, taking over from Kylee Epp.
The Biskit Twins (Whittany and Brittany), along with their father Fisher Biskit, underwent character development and were no longer portrayed as antagonists. They became fully reformed characters.
Additionally, Monban, the high-tech security robot from Largest Ever Pet Shop, left the Biskit Twins and moved to Littlest Pet Shop, now serving under Blythe as the security robot for Littlest Pet Shop and its Day Camp Area. The core group of seven pets—Zoe Trent, Pepper Clark, Sunil Nevla, Penny Ling, Russell Ferguson, Minka Mark, and Vinnie Terrio—continued their thrilling and humorous adventures in Season 5 and beyond, often accompanied by Blythe Baxter. These adventures, much like in the first four seasons, involved teamwork, problem-solving, and heartwarming moments.
From Season 5 onwards, Penny Ling would use her powerful roar to scare away trouble or, in more intense situations, her super-sonic roar to call her cousins—Ling Pen, Jun, and Ling Jun—to save the day. This ability was often crucial whenever Blythe and the core group of seven pets—Zoe, Pepper, Sunil, Penny Ling, Russell, Minka, and Vinnie—found themselves cornered or stuck in difficult situations with bad pets.
It is reminiscent of the moment in the Season 2 episode, "Super Sunil" where Sunil asked Penny to scare him as part of a plan. After some hesitation, Penny roared at Sunil, and he responded by emitting a supersonic shriek that sent a large pack of dogs scampering in front of the sandwich truck. This effectively stopped the truck, just long enough for the Sweet Delights truck to make it to the curb first. In Season 5, Penny’s roar was described as sounding like a mix of bear and dinosaur, but starting from Season 6 and onwards, her roar evolved to sound more like a lion and tiger, making her an even more making her an even more formidable protector of the seven main pets and Blythe during the seven main pets and Blythe's adventures. Penny Ling may sometimes growl and snarl in situations all by herself with bad pets, making her sound like a leopard, a tiger, and a lion. These sounds were used for Penny Ling with a combination of pre-recorded sound effects of a leopard, a tiger, and a lion snarling and growling, along with Jocelyne Loewen's newly recorded growling and snarling vocal effects. This new sound design differed significantly from her previous roaring and growling effects found in earlier episodes, such as "Mean Isn't Your Color" and "Pump Up The Panda." Penny Ling may also use her razor-white claws from four of her fingers on either of her panda paws whenever she finds herself in a dangerous situation, such as climbing to avoid drowning. In such instances, Blythe or some of the other main seven pets might tell her to reject the claws. During fights with bad pets or animals, Penny Ling can swing her paw, using her claws to inflict a scratch that could shred a little bit of skin from her opponent. She might also use her claws to scratch a tree or even her dark purplish-blue fur. This behavior is reminiscent of a moment from the Season 1 episode "Mean Isn't Your Color" where Penny jumps, pops her claws, and exclaims, “Leave me alone!”, and Penny Ling's role as a guardian and a vital member of the team of the seven main pets and Blythe, ready to face any challenges that come her way.
Due to the success of Season 5, Hasbro Studios, which rebranded as Allspark Animation (later becoming eOne and then Hasbro Entertainment in 2023), continued producing additional seasons. In collaboration with DHX Media, which rebranded as WildBrain Studios in September 2019, a sixth season was greenlit.
Season 6 Production: Production for Season 6 began in January 2020, with WildBrain Studios relocating and refining its animation process. The key animators, layout artists, character rotators, and background designers from DHX Studios Vancouver moved to WildBrain Studios, working closely with Top Draw Animation to continue the show’s production. Each episode took approximately seven months to complete, maintaining the established original LPS 2012 show animation style and music remained consistent with previous seasons.
Early episodes of Season 6 featured the 2D WildBrain Studios still logo, followed by the Allspark Animation logo. From mid-season onwards, the CGI WildBrain logo was introduced, following a trend similar to that seen in Blaze and the Monster Machines. The show’s slogan was omitted in these later episodes, reflecting the network’s evolving brand identity.
Season 6 aired from October 18, 2020, to July 23, 2021, coinciding with the fifth season of Blaze and the Monster Machines: The Gold Medal Games. The show’s popularity grew significantly during this period, drawing in viewers from a variety of age groups and demographics. The success of Season 6 impressed both the showrunners Julie McNally-Cahill and Tim Cahill and Discovery Family, prompting the greenlighting of additional seasons.
As of 2023, the Littlest Pet Shop (2012) series is in its ninth season, celebrated by fans and continuing its strong run. Hasbro Entertainment’s collaboration with Discovery Family and WildBrain Studios ensures the ongoing success of the series, with new seasons planned and further adventures for Blythe and her pets in the works.

I am glad to help, @Korino.
Blythe tells Penny Ling that she and the pets (Russell, Vinnie, Sunil, Pepper, Minka, and Zoe) are going to see another Oak Acorns baseball game at Downtown City's baseball stadium, but this time, they’re going without Penny Ling. Penny squeals joyfully, running around the Day Camp, exclaiming, “Oh yes, this is great! I can't wait for another baseball game because I’ve been waiting so long since the last one, and now we get to have a lot of fun and eat lots of good food and have fun—avoid this…”
Blythe quickly grabs Penny Ling and says, “Hold up right there, Penny Ling!” She then explains that Penny isn’t coming along this time. After what happened at the last three games, Blythe and the pets got kicked out by the security guard. Blythe says, “Roll flashback.”
The flashback shows the first time at Downtown City's baseball stadium for the Oak Acorns’ first game. Penny Ling tells Blythe she needs to go to the restroom by herself. However, it turns out she was really going to run down the stands. She jumped over the wall and ran across the field, then proceeded to ribbon dance with her ribbons in the middle of the stadium in front of thousands and thousands of people, who all laughed at her. They were kicked out and had to pay $1,000 due to Penny’s actions.
In the next game, Penny Ling stuck her paws over the wall to interfere with the Oak Acorns’ outfielder, attempting to catch a fly ball when it was beyond in play, getting Blythe and the pets kicked out again.
Finally, when Blythe and the pets were going to the third baseball game, Penny Ling saw her baseball bat and stuffed it in her secret backpack, which Blythe still can’t believe to this day. Penny snuck it into the ballpark and, once again, interfered with the Oak Acorns’ outfielder by hitting the opposing team’s fly ball out of the stadium. The other team’s umpire ruled the play a home run, causing the Oak Acorns to lose the game in the final inning. Blythe and the pets were blamed for everything, nearly charged with a larger fine, and almost sentenced to city-wide labor by the same security guard.
Back in the present, Blythe tells Penny Ling that to avoid causing any more trouble, Penny has to stay at the Day Camp to watch the game on TV while they go to the baseball game. Blythe hired a petsitter, Penny Ling’s owner, Mr. Pettus, to watch over Penny at the Day Camp while they’re at the game. After talking with Mr. Pettus, Blythe and the pets leave the Littlest Pet Shop and drive to the stadium.
As they drove toward the stadium, Russell suddenly remembered, “Hey, Blythe, remember the Security Guard who banned us last time?”
Zoe questioned, “Yeah, how are we going to get in safely without that guard remembering us?”
Blythe confidently replied, “I’ve got a plan. We’re going to use a different entrance and blend in with the crowd. He won’t recognize us this time.”
Meanwhile, back at the Day Camp, Mr. Pettus is watching the baseball game on TV, which is plugged into the wall. Penny Ling is hiding in the fire hydrant, frustrated. She says to herself that her owner is the petsitter, and he's watching her and the game on TV, while Blythe and the other pets are at the baseball game. Penny laments that Blythe can’t trust her anymore, especially after all those past games where she was just trying to have fun. Her chance of redemption is ruined. She wonders what she’s going to do.
Then, an idea forms in her mind—a perfect idea. Penny Ling decides she will sneak out of the Littlest Pet Shop, head to the baseball stadium, and disguise herself as a baseball player to help the Oak Acorns win the game. She imagines herself as a hero, redeeming herself not only to Blythe and the other pets but also to the crowd and their pets in the stadium. She envisions a sequence where she steps onto the field, the other team’s pitcher throws the ball, and she hits it, scoring a home run and winning the trophy. Penny imagines the cheers from the crowd and the admiration from everyone, thinking it would be her greatest and most redeeming moment of all time.
She recalls the last game where she unexpectedly hit the ball out of the stadium with surprising power. She believes she can use that same power to help the Oak Acorns win and make Blythe and the other pets proud.
However, Penny quickly realizes that Mr. Pettus is still there, watching the game on TV as her petsitter. If he notices her gone, he might get suspicious. Penny knows she needs to deal with Mr. Pettus first.
She carefully sneaks out of the fire hydrant in the Day Camp area and devises a plan. She shoots a tranquilizer at Mr. Pettus, putting him to sleep until nightfall. Once he’s unconscious, Penny ties him up with her ribbons to ensure he doesn’t wake up and stop her. Then, Penny grabs her backpack, stuffs her baseball bat inside, and heads to the bus stop.
At the bus stop, Penny waits for the bus to take her to Downtown City’s Baseball Stadium. When the bus finally arrives, Penny disguises herself as a passenger to avoid getting kicked out. She asks the bus driver to take her to the baseball stadium, where she knows Blythe and the pets are already present. She pays 25 cents in the fare box and takes a seat, eagerly anticipating her chance to redeem herself.
Meanwhile, Blythe and the other pets arrive at Downtown City's Baseball Stadium. Blythe parks her van in a parking spot and pays $20 to the parking lot attendant. After securing the van, she and the pets prepare to enter the stadium.
Meanwhile, Penny Ling had finally arrived at Downtown City's Baseball Stadium. She got out of the bus as it departed and removed her passenger disguise. As she made her way to the game, she stopped in her tracks when she saw Blythe and the other pets (Russell, Vinnie, Sunil, Pepper, Minka, and Zoe) arriving. They were all wearing peculiar disguises, which made Penny realize she would need to sneak past them to avoid being seen.
Penny quietly crept past Blythe and the others, heading towards the Downtown City's Baseball Stadium Gift Shop. From a distance, Zoe questioned Blythe about the effectiveness of their disguises. Blythe confidently replied that the internet claimed these baseball fan disguises would fool anyone as long as they acted like someone else.
Blythe and the other pets proceeded to the entrance of the stadium. Meanwhile, Penny Ling successfully made her way to the gift shop, where the sign read "Oak Acorns Dugout Store." She excitedly said to herself, “Alright, baseball disguise, here I come.” Fortunately, there were no officers watching at the moment.
As Blythe and the pets approached the entrance, a Security Guard dressed as a baseball stadium employee greeted the humans and pets, wishing them an enjoyable game.
"Enjoy the game." he said.
When it was Blythe and her group’s turn, Blythe reached for her wallet to pay for entry.
The Security Guard suddenly told them to hold it right there. He scrutinized their disguises and remarked that they looked familiar, as if he had seen them before. Blythe and the pets immediately went into their cover-up routine.
Blythe said, “Oh, um... Hello, Security Guard.”
Russell added, “Don’t mind us.”
Minka chimed in, “We’re agents here on business.”
Pepper explained, “We must wear these baseball fan disguises to, you know, conceal our identities.”
Vinnie nodded, “Right, Sunil?”
Sunil hesitated, then said, “Um, yeah, we’re agents from…”
Zoe quickly interjected, “The president. We’re all specially invited. No need to show anything.”
The Security Guard, slightly puzzled but not entirely convinced, responded, “Oh, really?”
Blythe and the pets eagerly affirmed, “Yeah!”
The Security Guard, deciding to let it slide, told them to come in and enjoy the game. Blythe thanked him, and she and the other pets entered the gate and made their way into the stadium.
Meanwhile, Penny Ling, in her panda-sized "Oak Acorns" baseball player uniform and cap, made it to the entrance of Downtown City's Baseball Stadium. Panting, she said, "Yeah! I finally made it to the entrance of the stadium."
She needed to get inside the ballpark and onto the field, but the gate was guarded by a security guard. Thinking quickly, Penny Ling realized she could use a secret entryway reserved for special people to get onto the field instantly. She figured it was located in the right field, so she made her way there.
Walking along the path on the right side of the stadium, she crawled under a table and through the secret entryway, finally making it inside the ballpark. She exclaimed, "Yes! I made it in. Now I’m on the field again."
Penny Ling ran past the baseball field and headed towards the Oak Acorns dugout bench where the roster clip was located. She stopped and said, "This appears to be the Oak Acorns roster for today’s game. Now I’ll add my name to the list."
She wrote her name, "Penny Ling," on the roster. Pleased with her work, she declared, "Excellent. Now I’m listed in the game as a pinch hitter."
Suddenly, the manager’s voice came from off-screen, "Excuse me. Who are you? And why are you here?"
The camera panned to the manager, who asked, "Well, I’m waiting. I asked, 'Who are you?'"
Penny Ling responded, "Uh, what do you mean, 'Who am I?' I’m one of your baseball players. Don’t you recognize me?"
The manager replied, "Well, I’m not sure about that. Although you do look like a baseball player on the team, you appear to be a little bigger than the others."
Penny Ling thanked the manager, saying, "Thank you," and then added, "Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to sit down and wait for the game to start." She took a seat on the bench.
The manager looked on, puzzled, and said, "Very strange. Although she looks like she’s on the team, I can’t shake the feeling that she’s someone I’ve seen before. Huh? Ugh, I must be losing my marbles again. I need to stop doing that, whatever."
The manager then went to check on the rest of the team to ensure they were ready for the game.
Penny Ling, satisfied with her successful disguise, thought, "He fell for that easily. Now I will wait for the game to begin. Soon, it will be my time to shine."
She unpacked her baseball bat and glove from her backpack and grabbed a hot dog with mustard and ketchup from nowhere. Sitting down, she began to eat it, preparing for her big moment.
Meanwhile, Blythe and the other pets were having a great time at the Downtown City's Baseball Stadium playground. After enjoying the playground, they strolled past the drink stands and headed to the food stand, where they grabbed hot dogs, popcorn, soda, and candy. Finding their favorite seats, they settled in to watch the game.
Blythe said to the pets, "Wow, pets, this is great! We got ourselves the best view of the ballpark, even better than the last three times. We can see everything from here."
Russell replied, "Of course, Blythe. You did find us the best seats to finally enjoy the best baseball game. Now that we have our food, each other, and no sign of Penny Ling, we're all set."
Blythe thanked him, saying, "Thanks, Russell. Our plan to get us in really worked. We are geniuses."
Zoe, as the crowd cheered, added, "That's right, Blythe. And look at that, here come all the baseball players."
The scene cut to the Oak Acorns getting their positions ready for the first inning of the game. Pepper chimed in, "Alright, let's enjoy."
Later, during the game, several shots of the first inning were shown. The Oak Acorns players were hitting the ball for home runs, with the ball flying out of the ballpark. Blythe, the other pets, and the crowd—both humans and pets—cheered enthusiastically for the Oak Acorns. The screen displayed, "Let's Go Oak Acorns!"
As the game progressed into the inning for the other team, The Littlestoners, they took the lead from the Oak Acorns. Russell said, "This is not good. The Oak Acorns had such a huge lead throughout the game, but The Littlestoners just had a big rally. Now they have taken the lead, and the Oak Acorns trail by one in the ninth inning with three outs remaining."
Minka, looking worried, said, "I'm sad. I don't want to see the Oak Acorns lose again."
Blythe reassured her, "Don't worry, Minka. The game is not over yet. The Oak Acorns still have a chance to win."
Meanwhile, on the field, one of the Oak Acorns players struck out, and another player stepped up to the batting area. He hit the ball and dashed towards first base. The manager, watching the game closely, said, "Well, this is not a good situation. After getting the lead, we’re now trailing by one with two outs left. The tying run is on second base, which is a perfect opportunity, but with two outs remaining and trailing by one, the stakes are high. We either need to win this game now or face an embarrassing loss to our tough rivals. All my hitters are tired and used up. Who can I put in as a pinch hitter for the potential winning run?"
Penny Ling stepped forward and said, "I believe I can fill that role, manager."
The manager looked at her and replied, "Oh yes, you. I remember you from earlier. Let's see." He checked the roster and said, "Your name is... Penny Ling. Right. And you’re pinch hitting for a pitcher spot, it looks like. Well then, Penny Ling, are you ready to give it your best shot and guide us to victory?"
Penny Ling replied with determination, "Yes! I’m ready to save the day and help the team win. My moment has come."
The manager encouraged her, "Well then, get out there and win this game for us. Everyone is counting on you."
Penny Ling grabbed her baseball bat and slowly walked towards the batting area. The manager, still puzzled, thought, "No matter how much I look past it, I can't shake the feeling that I’ve seen this panda before. Maybe at the ballpark or in previous games. Could it be... Penny Ling?"
He hesitated, "Wait a minute."
The scene cut to flashbacks of previous games. As the images replayed, the manager's expression changed from confusion to realization.
Back in the present, the manager said, "No. It can’t be. Can it really be her?"
Penny Ling stepped into the batting area and said, "It’s happening—the dream. It’s even more exciting than I thought."
The Littlestoners pitcher exclaimed, "What the? Who's this batter?" The camera then cuts to the shocked crowd, followed by Blythe and the other pets, who are surprised to see Penny Ling at the baseball field.
Minka asked, "Wait, hold on. Which player is this, Blythe?"
Blythe replied, "I don’t know, Minka. I’ve never seen her before."
Russell added, "She’s a little tall for a baseball player."
Zoe commented, "You're right, Russell. But not only does she look like a tall baseball player, she also looks like a giant panda."
Blythe said, "Wait, she looks like a giant panda?"
Pepper asked, "Blythe, is there something wrong?"
Blythe responded, "Um, well, it’s just... hold on a second." She grabbed her binoculars to get a better look.
The announcer's voice echoed, "Now pinch hitting for the Oak Acorns, um, a new player. Number one, Penny Ling."
Penny Ling appeared on the field, baseball bat in hand, ready to win the game for her team. Blythe, the other pets, and the crowd could hardly believe their eyes.
Blythe exclaimed angrily, "What? What in the? What the heck? It’s Penny Ling! How did she get here? And what on earth does she think she’s doing?"
Russell was in shock, "Oh my god! You’re right. It’s Penny Ling."
Zoe added, "We were sure we left that panda at the day camp with Mr. Pettus. How did she end up impersonating a baseball player? What is she thinking?"
Pepper said, "I’m really mad. Penny Ling has come to ruin the game again."
Blythe declared, "That’s definitely the last straw. Come on, pets, we’re going to stop her and give her the consequences for disobeying us again."
Blythe and the pets raced towards the field. Meanwhile, at the baseball field, The Littlestoners pitcher commented, "Look at this animal. She looks like a giant panda. How are the Oak Acorns going to use this panda girl? This is going to be so easy."
One of the baseball players asked the manager, "Um, manager? Are you sure this will work? I’ve never seen this player before. She looks kind of familiar, but she seems fit enough."
The manager replied, "Well, I have my doubts too, but she’s the only option I have right now. The at-bat should tell us who this player really is."
Another player said, "I don’t feel good about this. Something seems off about that player."
Another added, "Yeah! She seems a little tall to be a player, and she looks familiar for some reason."
Another player commented, "Now that you mention it, you’re right. She looks like... no, she can’t be."
Meanwhile, Penny Ling was still at the batting area, preparing to hit a home run. The Oak Acorns umpire announced, "Batter up."
The Littlestoners pitcher laughed and prepared to throw the ball towards Penny Ling. Penny Ling thought, "This is it. Game on the line. I’m actually batting. This is great. I hope Blythe and the other pets are watching."
As Blythe and the other pets continued their race to stop Penny Ling, they made their way through the stadium. Fortunately, there were no officers around.
Back at the batting area, The Littlestoners pitcher threw the ball towards Penny Ling, but she missed. The umpire said, "Strike one."
Penny Ling said, "Gosh darn it."
The Littlestoners catcher threw the ball back to the pitcher. Penny Ling resolved, "He’s thrown that one by me. I won’t miss this time." She got ready for her next swing.
With Blythe and the other pets still racing to reach the field, Penny Ling faced the pitcher again. The pitcher threw the ball, and Penny missed once more. The umpire announced, "Strike two. No balls, two strikes."
Penny Ling said, while the Littlestoners catcher prepared to throw again, "I’m down with two strikes. One more and I’m out, and my chance is ruined. The team will be on the edge of defeat."
The Littlestoners catcher readied the ball for the final pitch. Penny Ling thought, "But I’m not giving up. This is my moment, and I must fulfill my destiny."
The Oak Acorns baseball team, manager, and the crowd watched in anticipation. Blythe and the other pets finally arrived at the field, and Blythe shouted, "There she is! Pets, let’s get her!"
Blythe and the pets charged towards Penny Ling, who was preparing to hit the ball. With a nod to the 2005 Disney movie Chicken Little, Penny Ling declared, "Today is a new day."
The Littlestoners catcher taunted, "You’re dead meat, panda girl," and threw the ball. In slow motion, the ball flew towards Penny Ling. She swung her bat with amazing skill and strength, hitting the ball perfectly.
The crowd gasped in excitement, and Blythe and the pets exclaimed, "Ah!"
The ball soared into the stands, and the announcer declared, "Wow! Penny Ling finally hit the ball. It’s going, it’s going, and it’s a home run! Penny Ling did it!"
The crowd erupted in cheers. Penny Ling exclaimed, "Wow! I can’t believe it. I finally hit a home run."
Blythe encouraged, "Run, Penny Ling, run!"
Penny Ling and another player raced to the home plate. The crowd continued to cheer for her impressive hit. Humans in the stands marveled:
"Wow! I can’t believe it. That player was a panda the whole time and hit a home run!"
"I had a feeling there was something special about that player. She’s a real player after all."
"At least she’s still just a panda, and she won the game for us."
"What an incredible panda. How did she pull that off?"
"How did she manage to hit that ball and win the game? And how did no one notice a giant panda in a baseball uniform?"
Penny Ling basked in the cheers, with the crowd chanting her name. Blythe, the other pets, and the Oak Acorns baseball team lifted her up in celebration.
Penny Ling chanted, "Give me a P, give me an E, give me a double N, give me a Y, give me an L, give me an I, give me an N, give me a G. What does that stand for?"
The crowd, the Oak Acorns baseball team, and Penny Ling chanted together, "Penny Ling! Penny Ling! Penny Ling!"
A baseball player commented, "I knew it. It was that giant panda. She helped us win the game. She’s the best."
On the screen, the words "Penny Ling is the best" appeared with fireworks, including a firework displaying Penny Ling’s face.
One of The Littlestoners players said, "Look, it’s the panda again. Haven’t we seen her before?"
Another player said, "Yes, she’s the panda who danced on the field before. She’s the player who hit the home run and made us lose the game."
The first player admitted, "I guess we lost."
The Littlestoners fans booed their team. One fan said, "Let’s throw our food at the Oak Acorns' tough rivals, The Littlestoners!"
The crowd agreed, and they started throwing food, soda, popcorn, hot dogs, and candy at The Littlestoners baseball team.
Penny Ling said, "Oh my god! I can’t believe this. I finally hit a home run and made the Oak Acorns win the game."
Blythe replied, "Oh my, we were impressed when you hit the ball and scored a home run, weren’t we?"
Penny Ling said, "Yes. I hit the ball with my awesome skills and strength to save the Oak Acorns from losing."
Russell added, "Well, that was impressive. You made the team win the game."
Minka chimed in, "I can't believe you made the Oak Acorns win the game!" Pepper followed with, "You made Blythe and us proud for saving the Oak Acorns from losing."
Right after their compliments, interviewers rushed over to Penny Ling, eager to get her thoughts on scoring the home run that secured the victory for the team. Penny, overwhelmed by all the attention, humbly answered their questions, basking in her newfound fame.
Later that night, back at the Littlest Pet Shop in the Day Camp Area, Mr. Pettus, now awake and untied, was joined by Ms. Twombly, Blythe, Penny Ling (carrying the baseball game trophy), and the other pets. Vinnie asked, "So, how was it about your little performance today? It was, how you say, pretty outstanding—something that I'd never forget."
Sunil added, "Yeah! I never knew you had it in you, Penny Ling, to be a baseball player."
Minka exclaimed, "I am very surprised by what Penny Ling can do."
Penny Ling, blushing slightly, responded, "Oh, really? Wow, everyone. I never thought you'd all be impressed by everything. I just hit the ball and scored the home run."
Blythe then said, "Yes, Penny Ling, it was impressive. After everything that happened at the last three games, you've not only redeemed yourself, but you've made everybody proud. You're a baseball player now, and a hero too!"
Penny Ling beamed with pride. "Yes, Blythe. I am a baseball hero. And I can appear on TV as a baseball player for the Oak Acorns team in every game that you, Blythe, and the pets—including Mr. Pettus—can watch on TV."
Blythe replied, "Thank you."
The other pets and Mr. Pettus echoed, "Thank you," as well.
Then, Penny Ling, along with Blythe, the other pets, and Mr. Pettus, began chanting, "Give me a P, give me an E, give me a double N, give me a Y, give me an L, give me an I, give me an N, give me a G. What does that stand for?"
Everybody shouted in unison, "Penny Ling!"
As they all laughed and cheered, the screen slowly faded to black, bringing the special episode to a heartfelt and joyous end.
Here are my fan-art of Penny Ling and the bee from the song "I'm Sorry" being in a Pixar fan-art concept that are drawn in the style of Kora Kosicka, I drew inspiration of the original Andre and Wally B to put these two characters from the show. these pieces of my fan-art are designed with pencil. I also put an extra fan-art of the design of Penny Ling and her expressions that I drew with a pencil.
This is what feels like if Sunil and Vinnie's friends turned into Zilla kaijus and all been Zilla-I-Fied, instead of being werewolves.

Oh someone of the LPS 2012 wiki, I wish Penny Ling (voiced by Jocelyne Loewen), Scarletta Redd (voiced by Nicole Oliver), Ling Pen (if should be voiced by Sam Vincent), Ling Jun and Jun Ling (if both voiced by Penny Ling's singing voice Laura Hastings) would all star in their own animated spin-off show named "The Adventures of Penny Ling" and would have all starred in their own movie named "The Littlest Pet Shop Movie: Panda on the Run", where Penny Ling, Scarletta Redd and Penny cousins on their quest to save her friends Russell, Zoe, Minka, Pepper, Vinnie, Sunil, Buttercream, Esteban, Felina-Meow and the rest of her pet friends after they been tranquilized and been pet-napped by the animal control. that that way that creators of the 2012 Littlest Pet Shop television show Julie McNally Cahill and Tim Cahill would have been involved to this idea of this spin-off show in June 2016 and the idea for the movie in April 2017. it should have taken place after the events of Littlest Pet Street Part 2 and there should have be a better ending of the season 2 episode Shanghai Hi-Jinks where Ling Pen, Ling Jun and Jun Ling should have went to America with Penny Ling, Blythe Baxter and the rest of pets and Penny's cousins Ling Pen, Ling Jun and Jun Ling should have stay in the day camp of Littlest Pet Shop for the rest of the two seasons of the 2012 LPS tv series and not until the spin-off show and the movie.
