Betty's Journal is a journal that belongs to Lauren Baxter.
According to It's a Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy World, it makes Blythe happy. It debuted in The Tortoise and the Heir that Speedy gave to Blythe while thinking she was Betty.
Betty hid it in Speedy shell and asked him not to let anyone see it because Betty did not want anyone to read it because she knew that nobody could ever understand how it feels to have her ability to talk to pets, so Betty wrote all about it in her journal. In It's a Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy World Blythe lost her journal and Sunil managed to find it and brought it back to Blythe.
