Cindeanna Mellon is a quiet "pageant mom" who is the owner of Shea Butter. She only appeared in Terriers and Tiaras.
Cindeanna seems to be somewhat more kind that the three other "pageant moms" that are seen in the episode. She loves Shea Butter to the extent of sleeping in a dog bed just so Shea Butter could have the master bed.
