Professor Shuperman is a renowned scientist who is also the owner of Cheep-Cheep. His first (and only) appearance was in Pet Sounds.

In his episode debut, Professor Shuperman created a helmet to help owners comunicate with their pets. However, the helmet only translated what pets were saying into gibberish, causing Professor Shuperman to belive that is how pets actually talk.
