Philippa is the niece of Judi Jo Jameson's husband. She helps Judi Jo at the dog pageants.
She has brown hair, brown eyes and freckles. She wears a white shirt with a blue shirt underneath and also wears black tights and maroon shoes.

She went with Judi Jo to the Terriers and Tiaras pageant, carrying her stuff, and fulfilling her demands.
When Princess Stori failed to win the pageant, Judi Jo gave up on him, and let him under the care of Philippa. Unlike Judy Jo, Phillipa recognise Princess Stori as male.
She was among the Downtown City High students in Inside Job.
