The main theme song is composed by Daniel Ingram and Dan Kuby. It is played at the beginning of every episode of The Hub/Discovery Family animated TV series Littlest Pet Shop and sung by Ashleigh Ball of the Canadian indie pop group Hey Ocean! and also the voice of Blythe.
The melody is borrowed from the theme of the Littlest Pet Shop Presents, animated shorts produced by Cosmic Toast Studios and released online by Hasbro, which have no relation to the current series.
The theme song's sequence animated in Vancouver by the same team that made MLP: FiM.
Sequence[]
The sequence begins with a bird flying over all of city's flats. Transition to windows, Blythe draws Zoe's look and sticks it on wall along pets' drawings. Blythe ropes downstairs and meets pets in a hybrid pet shop/flat, Transition to colored pawprints, Penny swirls ribbons, Vinnie slides clumsy while Minka paints and splashes. Transition to Sunil's fur color, he does magic tricks, uncovers a vase of flowers. Pepper pays attention and bounces. Zoe sings while Ferguson flips. Minka paints the show's logo while Penny sits and Vinnie falls down.

- A few of the drawings that appear in Blythe's room are outfits she designs as part of the runway in the pilot two-part episode.
