Tootsie is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog. Despite being a boy, he looks very girly, which made Zoe confuse him for her sister Gail.
Personality[]
Though not much information or insight is given on his personality, it can be safely said that Tootsie has about as much love for Largest Ever Pet Shop as any other pet (which is to say none at all).
Appearance[]
Both he and Gail have pink fur with lighter pink markings. However, they have some differences. Tootsie wears a plain crystal-blue necklace while Gail wears a gold necklace with a heart. His eyes are green-blue in color, while his ears / hair is a neon purple-pink color.
Profile[]
Tootsie is first seen in Gailbreak! in the Largest Ever Pet Shop. Zoe mistakes him for her younger sister Gail, who was coming to visit her at Littlest Pet Shop. Zoe and her friends then tried to break the Largest Ever Pet Shop pets free several times. When they succeeded, they found out that Tootsie was a completely different pet, and Blythe offered to call his owner.
An old lady (later revealed to be Russell's owner) took him to be analyzed by Finola Frum in Pawlm Reading.
In Secret Cupet, he and Genghis walk together by Littlest Pet Shop with hearts floating along, suggesting they had fallen in love.

- In Pawlm Reading, Tootsie is being carried by Russell's owner, who was confirmed in Pet Sounds. This implies he is somewhat Russell's step-sibling.
- He might have been named after the 1982 film Tootsie, in which an actor disguises himself as a woman to get a role.
